Technology of drying sphalerite by microwave was studied.The effects of microwave power,drying time and material weight on the relative removal water rate of sphalerite were researched.The relative removal water rate of the dried sphalerite was 26.06% under the optimum conditions of material weight 100 g, drying time 80 s and microwave power 700 W.The dehydrating characteristics were obtained.It was indicated that the regression model of microwave drying on sphalerite was in accord with the equation: Boltzmann.
